Christmas Exhibitions in York

Over the Christmas period I’m delighted to be displaying my work in two places in York. I have a collection of my newest felted bowls, vases and jewellery in the lovely ‘Pyramid Gallery’ which is my absolute favourite gallery in York; a wonderful, two storey Aladdin’s cave of beautiful things. When planning this new exhibition I changed my supplier for my jewellery fixings too so my felted beads now sit alongside beautiful new sterling silver components. I’m really pleased with the result.

I have my framed textiles pieces in the main corridor space in York Hospital at the same time. This includes my felted abstracts, landscapes and some wee silk painted scenes too. I also have some felted bowls and pictures in a glass display cabinet on the corridor. This exhibition was installed by the wonderful ‘Arts in York Hospital’ team that I used to be a part of, so it’s wonderful to be working with them again in this new capacity and I hope that my work brings some happiness to folk in the Hospital over Christmas time.

I send out updates, news and details of upcoming exhibitions every two or three months. I won't bombard you, but I'll keep you posted on what I'm getting up to.
